	President & CEO  A start-up that designs and develops innovative proprietary products for percutaneous interventional procedures used in the treatment of occlusive vascular disease.
	President & COO  A start-up that designed and marketed Sequential Pneumatic Compression Devices used for the prevention and treatment of circulatory disorders in the lower limbs.  Products included both prescription and OTC devices, and related disposables.
	Executive Vice President San Francisco Science™ ("SFS") develops unique medical technologies that lead the field in embolic protection; stroke therapy; prevention of deep vein thrombosis; transdermal detection of heavy metals, substances of abuse and glucose; and prostate branchytherapy.
	President An Israeli-based start-up that designed, manufactured and marketed interventional guidance systems, software and disposables for minimally invasive image-guided procedures utilizing Ultrasound, CT, X-ray and Magnetic Resonance systems.
	Vice President Sales & Marketing  A start-up that designed and developed interventional ultrasound systems used to guide breast biopsies.  Products included interventional ultrasound systems, disposables and service.  Manufacturing was outsourced in Seattle, WA.
