HTV Investor Network is not a "Venture Capital Fund". The
Network consists of select Private Investors who co-invest with HealthTek Ventures on promising medical ventures.
These ventures are funded and actively managed by HealthTek and its Investor Partners. Our partners participate in all
aspects of a Company's operations from enhancing intellectual property, advancing product development, and
supporting clinical trials to establishing strategic partnerships and accelerating commercialization.
The HTV Investor Network are qualified investors who are able
and interested in a long-term relationship with HealthTek Ventures. Our "Private Investors" actively participate
on the Boards of HTV Ventures, they have significant skin in the game, and have relationships/experiences relevant for
the particular start-up.
